We understand mental toughness, accountability, and having people in your corner.

Founded by a retired Delaware State Trooper, Frontline Fitness 302 proudly supports first responders, veterans, and everyday people looking to become stronger physically and mentally.

Meet the founder

Rob Costlow

Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA) · Retired police officer

A Milford High School graduate and husband to Amy, dad to twins. By 2015, after years on the job, Rob had become the most unhealthy version of himself — and noticed plenty of busy parents in the same spot. He decided to be part of the solution. Health and happiness are for everyone.

2002Graduated Wesley College, where he played Div-3 basketball
2007Began his career as a police officer
2015Started back on his own journey to health and happiness
2019Became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and founded Frontline Fitness 302
2023Retired from law enforcement to run the gym full time
